Our Wedding Party

TERRY ZINTER -  Best Man - Son of the Groom

I am Terry Zinter, Don’s son, and I will be the “Best Man” (figuratively speaking) on their big day. I am married to Anita and live in the San Diego area of Southern California.  We love boating on the Colorado River in the Parker, Arizona area, where we have a summer place at Castle Rock Camp Ground, and when we are not boating the BEER flows freely. I planned things a little better than my Dad, because I retired at the age of 54 from Albertsons Market, with a full pension from the Meat Cutters Union. I am currently on my second career as a truck driver and absolutely love it.

MARJORIE STRANDLUND - Matron of Honor - Sister of the Bride

Marjorie lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, where she settled down after living in different communities in Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C. After working in corporate communications for most of her life, Marjorie now has a dual role as Marketing and Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing company. Marjorie's son, Colin, also lives in Regina and they enjoy getting together for Sunday dinner every week. Marjorie's passions are travel and photography. She feels fortunate to have travelled fairly extensively, but is always looking for ways to add one more photo album to her "places I've been" collection.

He plays the clarinet in the school band and is part of the JWMS gifted and talented program where he has been working on a year-long film project. During the summer, Sean participates in swim team. Aeyla Webster - Honorary Bridesmaid - Granddaughter of Bride

Aeyla will be 11 years old in April. She is an avid reader whose passion is dance. In 2010, her dance teacher gave her a ballet solo to perform at the year end recital. She has been in a group competing in jazz, tap and acro since 2012. Last year, she competed in her first solo in ballet. This year, on top of 4 group dances, she is also taking two solos to competition in April and May; one in ballet and one in lyrical. This past Christmas, Aeyla joined Ballet Jörgen's cast of The Nutcracker where she danced as a squirrel. She loved the experience and is looking forward to doing it again next year.

Colton Webster - Honorary Ring Bearer - Grandson of Bride

Colton is our Leap Year baby who celebrates turning 8 years old on his second birthday this February 29. Colton's passion is sports, but especially hockey. Colton's love of hockey began when he was 2 years old playing mini sticks in the kitchen with Sheldon. He was finally introduced to the ice when he was three, but didn't add the stick until he was 4. In 2013, he finally got to join a team to play real games. By the end of the season he was showing real promise as a goalie. In 2014, he tried out for and made the select team where he kept his team in the game. This past year, he was on the Ajax Knights Tyke Minor Development team as their only goalie. He has made quite a name for himself in the league impressing his goalie coaches and coaches of opposing teams. In April, he will try out for the AAA Ajax/Pickering Raiders and continue his training throughout the summer.
